[RS-ecology] RStoolbox R package updated to sf/stars/terra

Dear all,

due to the deprecated packages sp and raster our RStoolbox package has 
been migrated to sf/terra/stars.

RStoolbox is now also back on CRAN and can be installed via 
install.packages().
