[RS-ecology] re sampling of Sentinel 2 10 meters to 20 meters bands

Hi Colleagues

I am using the codes in the book Remote Sensing and GIS for ecologists pg
142 to prepare a regular grid,
I wonder if anyone knows how to specify the distance between points just
like how it is in QGIS.
The code is ra_poi<-spsample(study_area,n=100,type="regular"). Is there an
option to put distance between points?
